50/50 Split

Hi All,

This is just to remind everyone that a 50/50 split needs to be maintained in signing up for Communism and Fascism papers. Should there be an imbalance of those signed up with preponderance on either topic, this should be resolved in favor of those of you who had signed up first (please, look up the dates the announcements were posted), as this has been a first-come-first-served topic selection process. Should some of you not have gotten into the category when wanted to be in, you will automatically be assigned to the other topic where there's more room. Your further interest in the topic of your original choice can manifest itself in the review process where you will be asked to comment on one of the papers written on a topic of the other category.
